7:05 a.m. EST, on Friday 5 december 2014 :

One day after the official launching date, the Delta IV rocket has finally been propelled into space carrying the first american vessel since those of Apollo : Orion.

The Orion capsule performed Earth orbits twice, staying 4 hours and 24 minutes in space. Of course, nobody were onboard because it was just a flight test to check if all is in a good way for a future exploration using Orion spacecraft. This ambitious project has been wholy created by NASA.

Firstly, this vessel will be used to transport astronauts to the International Space Station and secondly to send first humans to Mars !
